The transition from graduate school to independent practice is one of the most important stages of a psychiatric nurse practitioner's career. At The Collective NP Clinic, we believe new graduates deserve more than a job, they deserve mentorship, support, and a structured pathway to clinical excellence.
The Collective NP Scholars Program is a one-year, postgraduate transition-to-practice experience designed specifically for newly graduated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
What You'll Receive

Full-time PMHNP position with a structured first-year training experience

60/40 compensation split during your first year, transitioning to 70/30 once you've established a full patient panel

Weekly one-on-one clinical supervision with an experienced PMHNP

Cohort-based learning alongside four other new graduate PMHNPs

Ongoing case consultation and professional development

Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing
