Free 12-week online diabetes & prediabetes learning program
Welcome, and thank you for joining our 12-week online learning program! This program will help you learn practical ways to support your nutrition, diabetes care, and overall health. Each weekly module takes about 15–20 minutes, and you can complete it at your own pace.
Getting started
On page 2 of Week 1, please complete the pre-program survey before continuing with the lesson. Your answers will help me understand your starting knowledge, confidence, and self-care habits so I can evaluate how helpful the program is.
What to do each week
At the end of each weekly presentation, you will find two links:
-
Practice quiz: This is optional, but I strongly encourage you to try it! It is a chance to review what you learned.
-
Weekly completion form: Please complete this required program step each week. Enter your participant ID, select the week, and confirm whether you completed the module. This helps me track your progress through the program.
