I see myself as a member of your team. My role is to offer clear information, resources, and my clinical perspective so that you can make the decisions that are right for you or your child. My approach is integrative and rooted in three core values: bodily autonomy, collaboration, and transparency. I’m warm, direct, and discerning. That means explaining the reasoning behind my recommendations, discussing the benefits and tradeoffs of medication and therapy options openly, and never rushing your appointment. In my work, I draw on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring each to fit your goals and pace. I have clinical experience and additional training in caring for marginalized and underserved communities, including transgender youth and adults. I especially welcome members of LGBTQIA+ families. I strive to make my practice a place where every person feels respected, heard, and understood.
